Shipping:
Due to the nature of some combinations of items not being able to be combined with others, we can not automatically charge combined shipping. If it turns out we can package your items in such a way
as to reduce your shpping costs by bundling items, we will refund the difference at the time the items are being shipped out.
If shipping cost is a concern, pleaae email us a list of the exact items you wish to purchase and we will tell you the amount you will be actually charged in advance.
We do our best to make sure all our items arrive to you safely, undamaged, and with tracking. With so many of our products being limited runs or one-of-a-kinds we require all packages be shipped with tracking. This ensures that we and you know where your order is at all times and don't have to worry about it going missing.
Occasionally when items are shipped internationally, we've noticed that the tracking freezes and the location stagnates for sometimes over a month, and then suddenly jumps forward locally on its way to you due to customs backlogs. We have never had a package go missing in all our years of doing this. And we arrange it so that if the package is for any reason unable to reach its destination, that it is returned to us (where we will happily re-ship it to you for a fee once your address issue is resolved).
Signatures/Personalizations
Any item that is described as 'signed' has been signed by David Petersen. Other items may have a signature printed within the artwork. If you would like a non-signed piece signed, or a personalization added to any item, pleaae let us know and we will do our best to accomodate. David will not do custom drawings or sketches on orders.
David does not do mail-order signatures. We cannot accept any mailed packages containing your books, prints, etc for signatures. David is always happy to sign items you already own at a convention/appearance free of charge.
Tee Shirt Restock
We treat our tee shirts like limited prints. We order a set amount of sizes Small through 3XL, and when they are gone, they are gone. Occasionally if they sell out too quickly, we will re-run a design in the same colors, but this is rare. If you like the design of a shirt and we have it in stock, you have a limited window before we replace it with a new design.
